Who can join the Sapienta VA talent pool?
Candidates based in the Philippines, Vietnam, or Indonesia can register, complete the assessment, and be considered for client roles.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Registering and taking the SAAT or the Korean verification is completely free for candidates.
What is the SAAT and how long does it take?
The Sapienta Aptitude Assessment is a 55-question, 40-minute test across six sections that gives you a verified grade clients trust. Candidates in Vietnam take the Korean verification instead. To apply to a job, they also add their TOPIK level.
What happens after I’m graded?
Your profile enters the talent pool, where clients can discover you and invite you to roles that match your strengths.
Can I retake the assessment or update my profile?
Yes. You can keep your profile up to date anytime, and retakes become available after the cooldown shown on your dashboard.
