These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sapienta VA Hiring talent pool. By registering, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be based in the Philippines, Vietnam, or Indonesia and legally able to work as a virtual assistant to join the talent pool.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate, current details and keep them up to date.
3. The assessment
The Sapienta Aptitude Assessment (SAAT) must be completed honestly and on your own. Attempting to cheat, share questions, or manipulate the assessment may result in removal from the talent pool.
4. No guarantee of placement
Joining the talent pool and completing the assessment does not guarantee a job, a client match, or any specific outcome. Hiring decisions are made by clients.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate others, or submit false information. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
6. Changes to the service and terms
We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
