We use your information to operate the talent pool: to verify your eligibility, grade your assessment, build your candidate profile, and match you with client opportunities. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing with clients

When a client is hiring, we may share relevant parts of your profile (such as your country, experience, and verified assessment grade) so they can consider you for a role. We share only what is needed for that purpose.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, or update your profile from your dashboard at any time. You may also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
